Is VegasNow legit? Check the evidence yourself
Just Entertainment B.V. runs VegasNow on a licence granted in Curaçao, and we would rather you confirm that than take our word for it. This guide shows where each claim is published, how to read the regulator's certificate, what our terms ask of you on identity, payments and bonuses, and how to tell our site from pages that only borrow the name.
Is VegasNow legit? The claims and where to check them
"Legit" bundles several questions together. Is there a licence, and who holds it? Are the rules written down before you pay? Can money come back out, and on what conditions? Is the site in front of you actually ours? Each row names a document you can open yourself.
| Claim | Published detail | Where to check it |
|---|---|---|
| Licensed | OGL/2024/164/0246, status Active | The regulator's certificate at cert.cga.cw |
| Licensee | Just Entertainment B.V., Curaçao company 160603 | The same certificate, and the company line in our terms |
| In force since | 13 August 2024 | The certificate |
| Account rules | Account terms v2.3, 20 January 2024 | The terms link on vegasnow.com |
| Bonus rules | Bonus terms of 26 February 2024 | The bonus terms page on vegasnow.com |
| Payment limits | AU cashier tables in Australian dollars | The cashier, and our payments guide |
| Player controls | Deposit limits and self-exclusion in the account, 18+ only | Your account settings |
| Contact | [email protected] plus live chat on the site | Our support page |
Nothing in that table asks you to trust a badge or a star rating. Every row names a page that either exists in the form we describe or does not, and that is a far better test than anything we could say about ourselves.
The company and licence behind VegasNow
VegasNow launched in 2024. The operator is Just Entertainment B.V., a company registered in Curaçao under number 160603. Since 13 August 2024 it has been licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, sometimes called the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, under number OGL/2024/164/0246, and the certificate gives the status as Active.
The company matters more than the logo. A brand name can be printed on any page, but a licence is granted to a legal entity. When the certificate, our terms and the site footer all name Just Entertainment B.V., they confirm one another. When a page shows the VegasNow logo but names some other company, or no company at all, that mismatch is the finding, whatever the design looks like.
The certificate also lists the domains approved under the licence, and vegasnow.com is among them. That is where accounts, the cashier, the games and withdrawals sit. This site, aus-vegasnow.io, explains our offers and rules for Australians and links across to vegasnow.com; we do not claim this information site appears on the approved list. Our licensing page sets out the record field by field.
Reading the VegasNow certificate on the regulator's site
Go straight to the source
Open cert.cga.cw/token?id=246 yourself. Any seal you see on a casino page is a picture, and pictures travel; the certificate on the regulator's server does not.
Compare the number
Hold OGL/2024/164/0246 against the certificate one character at a time. A transposed digit is a different licence, not a typo to forgive.
Compare the licensee
The name on the certificate should be Just Entertainment B.V., company 160603. Our branding sitting next to another company's name is not describing us.
Check status and domains
Look for Active in the status field and vegasnow.com in the domain list, then confirm the casino tab you are about to use shows vegasnow.com in its address bar.
Once you know the routine, repeat it whenever a VegasNow-branded page reaches you from an advert, a message or a search result you did not expect. It needs no account and takes a couple of minutes.
Identity checks, own-name payments and one account per person
Our sign-up form asks for your account details, country, currency and date of birth, and Australia and AUD are both on the menus. Verification is a separate step. We may ask for documents later on, and the run-up to a first withdrawal is the usual moment. Typical requests are an identity document, a photo of a card in your name or proof of address. Being asked at that point is the process our terms describe, not a sign that something has gone wrong with your account.
In the version 2.3 account terms, dated 20 January 2024, three rules deserve your attention before you register:
- Payment methods must be in the account holder's name. Withdrawals return, where possible, to the method you deposited with, so money only ever travels towards the person who owns the account.
- One account per person, unless we expressly say otherwise. If you have an old account, recover it rather than opening a second one.
- Every deposit carries a three-times turnover before the linked funds become withdrawable. A withdrawal that skips that step can be refused or attract a processing fee.
Worked example. You deposit A$150 by card and take no bonus. Before withdrawing funds tied to that deposit, your stakes need to reach 3 × A$150 = A$450. Add a further A$75 deposit a few days later and it brings its own A$225 turnover, so the two deposits together need A$675 of play. That account rule sits apart from bonus wagering, which runs at 40× and is covered further down.
Send documents only through the secure upload inside your VegasNow account. This information site never collects them. Our registration guide lists what to have ready.
VegasNow cashier limits for Australian players
An operator that intends to pay you prints its limits up front. VegasNow keeps them in the AU cashier tables, summarised here, with every coin and method on the payments and withdrawals guides.
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals |
|---|---|---|
| Visa or Mastercard | A$30 to A$10,000 | No withdrawal row |
| MiFinity | A$30 to A$4,000 | A$30 to A$4,000 |
| Cashtocode voucher | A$25 to A$400 | No withdrawal row |
| Inpay, PayAnyBank or bank wire | Withdrawal route only | A$300 to A$6,000 |
| Bitcoin | From 0.0001 BTC | 0.0002 to 0.12 BTC |
| USDT | From 5 USDT | 20 to 4,000 USDT |
ETH, LTC, XRP, DOGE and other coins each have their own minimum. You will not find PayID, POLi or Neosurf among our AU deposit methods, so a page offering them under the VegasNow name is describing someone else's cashier.
Three conditions surround those ranges. The account carries daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps, counted in UTC calendar periods rather than on the Australian clock. Large amounts may be paid in instalments. And while VegasNow absorbs its own deposit costs, a payment provider can add fees of its own, and provider fees on withdrawals fall to the customer.
Worked example. Say your balance is A$4,600 after the deposit turnover and verification are both done. That sits A$600 above the MiFinity ceiling but inside the A$300 to A$6,000 bank range, so one bank request fits the table, while MiFinity would need two requests, for instance A$4,000 and A$600. If you funded the account by card, ask support which withdrawal route applies, because cards have no row in the AU withdrawal table. Your account caps still apply either way.
VegasNow bonus conditions, printed beside the offer
The headline is a package of up to A$8,000 and 500 free spins, spread over your first four deposits. What makes it trustworthy is that the conditions sit right next to it, in the bonus terms of 26 February 2024.
| Stage | Code to enter | Free spins | Match and cap |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st deposit | No code | 200 spins | 150%, capped at A$1,500 |
| 2nd deposit | VEGAS2 | 50 spins | 100%, capped at A$2,000 |
| 3rd deposit | VEGAS3 | 50 spins | 50%, capped at A$2,000 |
| 4th deposit | VEGAS4 | 200 spins | 25%, capped at A$2,500 |
The conditions attached to each stage:
- A$20 minimum per offer, although the payment method's own floor comes first: card and MiFinity start at A$30, Cashtocode at A$25.
- 40× wagering on the bonus and 40× on free-spin winnings, completed within 7 days.
- The deposit itself is wagered once before the free spins are released.
- A$8 maximum bet while wagering, and one active bonus at a time.
- A$5,000 maximum cash-out per offer, and an A$300 cap on welcome free-spin winnings.
- Casino and live casino only, so bonus funds cannot go on sport.
- Contribution to wagering: pokies 100% (with listed exceptions), roulette 25%, blackjack and game shows 10%, baccarat 0%.
Worked example. A first deposit of A$75 earns 150% of A$75, which is A$112.50 in bonus funds, plus 200 spins. Wagering is 40 × A$112.50 = A$4,500 inside 7 days, an average of roughly A$643 a day. At the A$8 maximum bet that means at least 563 qualifying spins. Move the same requirement onto roulette and, at 25% contribution, it takes A$18,000 of roulette stakes to clear; on baccarat it would never clear. Those numbers are why we suggest sizing a deposit to a requirement you can comfortably finish, or declining the bonus, which the terms allow.
If a page using our name advertises a bonus with no wagering, a multiplier other than 40×, or a code for the first deposit, it is not quoting our terms. The welcome bonus guide works through all four stages.
Loyalty and weekly offers that trace back to our own pages
A genuine offer can be traced to the brand that runs it. Ours are published on our promotions and loyalty pages, and every one sits under the same general bonus terms as the welcome package.
- Loyalty points: one point per A$25 of real-money pokie wagering, one per A$100 on roulette and one per A$250 on blackjack or baccarat, spread over seven Vegas-themed levels.
- Loyalty Store: at the opening level, 200 points exchange for A$5 in bonus funds, and exchanged bonuses carry 40× wagering.
- Lucky 7s Load Up: a Tuesday reload of 77% up to A$77, which can be claimed again in later weeks.
- Friday Night Spotlight: each qualifying deposit on a Friday brings 40 spins on that week's featured title.
A little arithmetic shows how slowly points build. A$2,500 of pokie play earns 100 points; the same A$2,500 on roulette earns 25, and on blackjack 10. The first 200-point exchange therefore needs A$5,000 on pokies, which is why we describe loyalty as a small rebate on play you were doing anyway, never a reason to play more. On a Tuesday, a A$100 deposit with Lucky 7s Load Up adds A$77; the match tops out there, so depositing more adds nothing further to that bonus. Details are on our VIP and loyalty page.
The VegasNow sportsbook publishes its own rules
The sportsbook sits under the same Curaçao licence as the casino, and it has a rulebook of its own. Under the Sportsbook Rules, a deposit has to be wagered 3× unless a promotion says otherwise, documents can take up to 30 days to verify, and betting activity can be reviewed for up to 180 days. Maximum stakes vary by sport, event and market. The sports welcome offer is separate from the casino package: 100% up to A$200, under its own terms.
The same principle applies as everywhere else on this page. Each of those conditions is written down before you bet, and none of them should come as a surprise at cash-out. Casino bonus funds cannot be staked on sport, so keep the two offers apart in your planning. If you want the sports offer, read its conditions on the sports Promotions page before the first bet.
Responsible gambling tools inside your VegasNow account
Only adults can hold an account: 18 is the minimum age. Inside the account you can set a deposit limit and apply self-exclusion, and support can close an account on request. Two details are worth knowing early:
- Section 8.4 of the account terms says deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits. If you fund play with crypto, a deposit limit will not restrain that channel, so self-exclusion or closure is the firmer step.
- BetStop is the national self-exclusion register for wagering providers licensed in Australia. Our licence is from Curaçao, so to step away from VegasNow, self-exclude through your account or ask support, and keep any BetStop registration for the Australian-licensed services you also use.
For free and confidential support, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 or visit gamblinghelponline.org.au. A site that hides its limit tools, or pushes a promotion while you are trying to set one, is showing you how it treats players. Our responsible gambling page covers each control in turn.
How to tell the official VegasNow site from a copycat
Pages that copy our name usually give themselves away in the same few places. Compare what you see with what we actually publish:
| What the page shows | What VegasNow actually publishes |
|---|---|
| A play button that lands on a site with another casino's name or logo | Our buttons lead to registration and sign-in on vegasnow.com |
| A licence number other than OGL/2024/164/0246, or none at all | A single licence, with Just Entertainment B.V., company 160603, as licensee |
| A welcome deal with different stage amounts, spin counts or codes | Four stages worth up to A$8,000 with 500 spins, VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 on stages two to four, no code on the first |
| A "no deposit" code or a secret code list | There is no VegasNow no-deposit bonus, and no free spins without a deposit either |
| Deposits by PayID, POLi or Neosurf | Our AU cashier lists none of the three |
| An app store link or an APK file | No verified store app; play in the mobile browser and add it to your Home Screen |
| A support email other than [email protected] | [email protected], plus live chat on the site |
If you spot the switch before paying, close the tab, type vegasnow.com yourself and register or sign in from there. If you have already paid through another brand's cashier, that money is with that brand. Our support team cannot see the transaction, so the claim has to go to whoever took the payment. And never enter your VegasNow password on a page whose address you have not checked.
Common mistakes when judging if VegasNow is legit
- Trusting the badge instead of the certificate. A seal can be copied in seconds. The record at cert.cga.cw cannot.
- Reading the headline and skipping the conditions. A$8,000 is a ceiling across four stages. The 40× wagering, the 7-day window and the A$8 bet cap decide what is realistic.
- Treating a Curaçao licence as an Australian one. It identifies a licensed company and approved domains. It is not issued by an Australian regulator, and checking whether your location permits play is your job.
- Assuming BetStop covers every site. It applies to Australian-licensed wagering providers. For VegasNow, self-exclude in your account or ask support.
- Funding the account with a partner's card. Payment methods must be in your own name, and a mismatch tends to surface at withdrawal, when it is most frustrating.
- Depositing again to push a stuck withdrawal along. Ask support which condition is outstanding: verification, the three-times deposit turnover or a method range. Another deposit answers none of those.
- Believing third-party code lists. If a code is not on our own pages, treat it as unverified.
- Forgetting that caps follow the UTC calendar. Withdrawal caps reset on UTC days, weeks and months, not Australian ones, so an evening request in Sydney may land in a different period from the one you expect. Note the UTC date of every request.
Your pre-deposit checklist for VegasNow
Work through these before the first deposit. If any item fails, hold off and email [email protected] first.
- The certificate at cert.cga.cw/token?id=246 shows OGL/2024/164/0246, the licensee Just Entertainment B.V. (160603) and an Active status.
- The address bar reads vegasnow.com.
- The offer matches: four stages worth up to A$8,000 and 500 free spins, 40× wagering over 7 days, an A$8 bet ceiling, and VEGAS2 to VEGAS4 for stages two to four.
- Your payment method is in your own name and its range fits: card and MiFinity from A$30, Cashtocode from A$25.
- You know your way out: MiFinity from A$30 to A$4,000 or a bank route from A$300 to A$6,000, after the three-times turnover and verification.
- You have set a deposit limit, know where self-exclusion sits, and have 1800 858 858 saved.
Every item is checked against a document rather than a promise. That is the test we want applied to us, and to any site that uses our name. When it all lines up, you can open VegasNow and register from our own screens. 18+ only, and please play within your means.
Is VegasNow legit: your questions answered
Is VegasNow a licensed casino?
Yes. The Curaçao Gaming Authority licensed Just Entertainment B.V., company 160603, on 13 August 2024 under number OGL/2024/164/0246, and the status shows as Active. You can confirm it at cert.cga.cw/token?id=246.
Is VegasNow licensed in Australia?
No. The licence comes from Curaçao, not an Australian regulator, so VegasNow is not an Australian-licensed provider. You are responsible for checking that you may open an account and play from your location, and you must be 18+.
Why does VegasNow want documents before paying out?
Our terms treat registration and verification as separate steps, and verification can be requested later, most often before a first withdrawal. It is part of the published process. Upload documents only inside your VegasNow account.
May someone else's card fund my account?
No. Payment methods must be in the account holder's name, and withdrawals go back to the deposit method where possible. Use a method that is yours from the very first deposit.
Why can't I withdraw straight after depositing?
Our account terms ask for stakes of three times the deposit before connected funds can leave the account. A A$40 deposit, for example, needs A$120 of stakes first. Skipping that can lead to a refused withdrawal or a processing fee.
Does VegasNow have a no-deposit bonus?
No. There is no VegasNow no-deposit bonus, and our welcome spins come with deposits. Codes promising free play without a deposit, found on other sites, are unverified.
Can I download VegasNow from an app store?
There is no verified store app. VegasNow runs in your mobile browser and can be added to your Home Screen. Skip any APK file that claims to be ours.
A VegasNow-branded page sent me to a different casino. What now?
Do not deposit there. Close the page, go to vegasnow.com directly and sign in or register from our screens. If money already went to that brand, only its own support can deal with it.
