The rules that govern your use of VegasNow. Once you open an account and play, you accept them.
Conditions of use
1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to gamble online where you live. One account is permitted per person, household, email address, payment method, IP address and device; duplicate or linked accounts may be closed and any winnings earned on them held back. Your account belongs to you alone, it cannot be sold, shared or handed to anyone else, and keeping your login details secure is your responsibility. 2. Your account and verification. You agree to supply accurate, current details and to keep them up to date. Ahead of your first withdrawal we run identity checks (KYC), which may call for a government-issued ID, a proof of address and proof that the payment method you used belongs to you. We may put an account on hold while verification is outstanding, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, chargebacks or any breach of these terms, until the matter is resolved.
3. Bonuses and promotions. Unless a particular offer states otherwise, the standard welcome bonus carries 35x wagering, and the maximum bet is A$7.50 for as long as a bonus is live. Games count toward wagering at varying rates, some offers cap how much you can win from them, and bonuses lapse if they are not cleared within the stated window. Leaning on prohibited strategies to clear a bonus, such as low-risk, equal or hedge betting, can lead to forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings that came from it. We confirm the wagering and bet-size conditions have been satisfied before any related withdrawal is approved.
4. Deposits and withdrawals. You may use only payment methods registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum limits, processing times and verification requirements apply and are displayed at the cashier before you confirm a transaction. We may request source-of-funds information where we need it to meet our anti-money-laundering (AML) duties, and accounts left dormant for a long stretch may be reviewed and dealt with in line with our policy. Every transaction passes our standard security and fraud checks before it is processed.
5. Fair play, liability and responsible gambling. Our games run on independently tested random number generators, and our live tables use audited equipment on a monitored studio floor. Making sure online play is lawful where you are located is your responsibility. The service is supplied on an 'as available' basis.
